Sexual harassment and sexist harassment referent

Since January 1, 2019, companies with more than 250 employees have been required to appoint a Sexual Harassment and Gender-Based Violence Referent.

The aim of this training course is to help referral agents master the legal framework and take on their role of providing guidance, information and support to employees and victims.

Led by expert speakers, it includes numerous operational case studies, methodological input and feedback.
