Focus on Diversity©

Playing Together to Advance Equality

In a fun and engaging format, Cap sur la Mixité© addresses issues of workplace equality through real-life scenarios. Gender stereotypes, the glass ceiling, work-life balance, and everyday sexism: each square on the game board sparks a structured discussion among the participants.

An engaging, demanding and effective game:

🎲 A game board to help teams move forward
🃏 Question, challenge, and scenario cards
⏱️ Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on the facilitator
👥 6 to 30 participants per session
🏢 Suitable for seminars, diversity workshops, and management training sessions

Part of the same series as Cap sur la Diversité©, this game focuses specifically on the themes of diversity, workplace equality, and combating gender stereotypes.

Moving from knowledge to action: integrating equality practices into management, communication, and day-to-day professional interactions.

How to play

Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes
Players: 6 to 30 participants, in teams of 2 or 3

How it works: Each team moves forward on the game board by answering questions correctly. The cards cover four categories: trivia, role-playing, creative challenges, and debates. The first team to complete its treasure map wins the game.

Why Gender Diversity in the Workplace

The Professional Equality Index is mandatory for all companies with more than 50 employees. Beyond mere compliance, companies that invest in gender diversity outperform their peers by 25% (McKinsey, 2023).

Cap sur la Mixité© helps turn this requirement into a tool for fostering concrete engagement among teams.
