Disability in the Workplace: Moving from Legal Requirements to Team Engagement

80% of disabilities are invisible. Yet when disability is discussed in the workplace, most employees think of wheelchairs. This disconnect between perception and reality discourages employees from applying for RQTH status, makes it harder for them to remain in their jobs, and isolates those affected.

What's That All About?© Disability & Health puts players in real-life situations: telling your manager about a disability, workplace accommodations, chronic illness, mental health challenges, and how to support a colleague in need.

In just 45 minutes, the game breaks down stereotypes and gives each participant the tools to take action: identifying subtle cues, adapting their communication style, and helping to create an inclusive work environment.

A tool that is particularly well-suited for European Disability Employment Week (EDEW) and for implementing your disability policy throughout the year.

Why Raise Awareness About Disabilities in the Workplace

12 million French people live with a disability, 80% of whom have an invisible disability. In the workplace, legal requirements (OETH, 6% of employees with disabilities) are not enough to create an inclusive environment. It is the day-to-day behavior of teams that makes the difference between a stated disability policy and a truly inclusive culture.
