Founded in 2008, Accordia is one of the pioneering D&I consulting companies.
Since 2022, Accordia has been a company with a mission, whose commitments are now anchored in its corporate purpose.
Our vision: "We are convinced that inclusion and the promotion of diversity are levers for the sustainable performance of organizations and a source of well-being in the workplace." (excerpt from Accordia's bylaws).
Accordia has broken down its vision into 3 statutory objectives:
- encourage companies and professional organizations to integrate diversity and inclusion into their
diversity into their strategies; - disseminate the principles of inclusion within companies and professional organizations;
- fuel reflection on the issues and values of inclusion in the professional world, and
promote them in the workplace.
So, every day, we help companies transform into spaces where diversity and inclusion are lived and valued realities. Driven by the conviction that inclusion is essential to sustainable performance, we are dedicated to fostering professional environments where each person can realize their full potential.
