Diversity in the Workplace: Building a Culture of Inclusion Through Experience

Companies that tackle diversity issue by issue end up holding too many sessions and diluting the impact. C’est Quoi Donc ?© Diversity-Discrimination addresses all these criteria in a single game-based experience.

Gender, disability, background, sexual orientation, age, religious beliefs: the cards challenge players with cross-cutting situations from everyday professional life. Each game brings to light unconscious biases, exclusionary tendencies, and practical ways to promote inclusion.

Perfect for diversity days, team-building workshops, or rolling out your D&I policy, this game transforms a topic often seen as theoretical into a shared understanding.

Already adopted by organizations such as Crédit Coopératif to embed diversity into day-to-day management practices.

Why Promote Diversity Awareness in the Workplace

In France, 25 grounds for discrimination are protected by law. Yet studies show that discrimination in the workplace remains widespread: even when candidates have equal qualifications, those perceived as “different” are significantly less likely to be called back for an interview. Raising awareness among teams is not a matter of activism but of collective performance and managerial responsibility.
