Géraldine is a certified coach in NLP, MBTI and Belbin team roles, with training in gender diversity and digital learning. She founded "Ubuntu Solutions", a firm specializing in the employment of seniors and younger generations, and was responsible for quality and training at Piramedia.
Career and Professional Contributions
Since 2021, Géraldine has been an expert consultant at Accordia, where she advises and trains on diversity and inclusion issues. She was previously in charge of managerial training at Disneyland Paris, and has worked on numerous training projects for major companies such as Veolia, Accenture and Malakoff Humanis.
