Laure Perreau
Senior consultant
Laure Perreau is an expert in human resources and management, and is convinced of the link between social and economic performance. She has been working in the business consulting sector for 15 years.
Drawing on her knowledge of work organizations and her experience in assisting management and managerial lines, she is now involved in all Diversity and Inclusion projects contributing to Quality of Life and Working Conditions, and more particularly in gender equality issues.
Training and career start
Laure has a degree in clinical psychology and in Quality of Life at Work and Health Management.
She began her career in the training sector, before moving on to the consulting sector, working both independently and in an HR consulting firm, with a particular focus on diversity.

Laure is involved in both training and consulting activities for all types of private and public organizations. She mainly works with large groups, assisting HR departments and management in the deployment of their diversity and gender equality policies. She has also worked with public bodies such as the Ministry of the Interior, local authorities and other establishments on these issues.

Laure is an expert in inclusive management, and in drawing up and implementing action plans for professional equality.
She also works on the subject of unconscious bias and the prevention of sexism and harassment in the workplace.
Her knowledge of how organizations and individuals function at work, combined with her expertise in D§I issues, are real assets when it comes to diagnosing our customers' needs and helping them implement solutions tailored to the specificities of their environment.
