Isis holds a Master's degree in Gender Discrimination Policy from Sciences-Po Toulouse, an institution
recognized for its academic excellence and commitment to equality.
She began her career developing projects around diversity and inclusion,
in both the private and public sectors.

Career and professional contributions

Since September 2023, Isis has been a consultant-trainer at Accordia, a firm specialized in
diversity and inclusion policies. Prior to this, she held a number of
coordination and consultancy roles, notably as coordinator of prevention actions at
"En avant toute(s)" (2022-2023), and in charge of protection integration for UNRWA
(2018-2020). She has also worked for the UNHCR as a resettlement expert, where she
played a key role in the resettlement of vulnerable refugees in the United States.
