Intentions

Intergenerational is one of the major programs identified as a priority in 2024 at Disneyland Paris. The need was to roll out a series of 3-hour face-to-face workshops on "Leading intergenerational teams" for 30 participants.

In terms of content, the need was to refocus the workshop on exchanges and practical cases, removing the socio-demographic context, biases/stereotypes and the whole theoretical part of the subject (which is already covered in a conference). The idea was to add value to the facilitation and go further with concrete tools and action plans.

Actions

Accordia responded to these challenges by proposing a workshop to share best practices and co-construct an intergenerational charter on subjects identified as being intergenerational issues.

Conclusion

The training mission enabled us to offer very practical workshops, with lots of sharing in DLP's very diverse businesses.

Thanks to Accordia's personalized approach, the leaders were able to share their knowledge and challenges, and strengthen their ability to work as an intergenerational team by exploring concrete courses of action.
