Intentions

BnF is working with AFNOR to obtain the Diversity label.

Following an initiative undertaken with its Human Resources department, the BNF decided to train its supervisory staff to prevent discrimination and comply with the requirements of the AFNOR Diversity label. The aim was to train almost 170 supervisors in the fight against discrimination, diversity and inclusion, before being able to train all staff.

Accordia responded to this need by offering short, interactive training courses that met the customer's requirements, covering the essentials of the subject in a limited half-day.

The system created and deployed consists of a 3.5-hour face-to-face training module, delivered on BNF premises for managers.

Conclusion

The mission enabled us to train the entire management team, and to continue our preparations for obtaining the Diversity label, as set out in the BNF roadmap.

Satisfied with the content, form and feedback from its staff, the BNF renewed its contract with Accordia in 2024 to continue these training courses for managers, and once again chose Accordia for the training courses for all staff, which this time will take place in an amphitheatre, with almost 300 participants following an interactive course proposed and created by Accordia.
