Sexist behaviour, sexual harassment and sexual assault in the workplace are not just a matter of individuals or behaviour! No professional environment, no sector is exempt. It is an occupational risk that must now be the subject of a genuine prevention plan within the company. As such, the employer must articulate 3 levels of prevention:

  1. Primary: to act upstream of the risks of sexist behavior, sexual harassment and sexual assault through collective and organizational measures,
  2. Secondary: to raise awareness and train company staff,
  3. Tertiary: to alert and support those concerned.
