Mentoring
Mentoring is a supportive interpersonal relationship based on mutual learning. Its main objective is to foster the autonomy and development of the person being mentored. This relationship is characterized by the establishment of objectives that evolve and adapt according to the mentee's specific needs. The mentor, generally more experienced, guides and supports the mentee in his or her personal and professional development. This approach, recognized at European level and supported by public policies, emphasizes flexibility and adaptation of the coaching process to best meet the mentee's individual needs, while fostering an enriching exchange for both parties.
