LGBT+

LGBT+ is an acronym for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, as well as other gender identities and sexual orientations included in the "+", such as queer, asexual, pansexual, intersex and others.

Some companies may opt for a broader communications policy, using the terms LGBTI+, LGBTQ+ or LGBTQIA+.
