The Label Égalité professionnelle is a certification created by the French government in 2004 to promote gender equality and diversity in the workplace. It can be awarded to any organization (company, association, ministry, local authority, etc.) that implements exemplary actions in favor of professional equality in the fields of human resources management, management and support for parenthood in the workplace. The label is awarded for a period of 4 years by AFNOR Certification, after assessment and approval by a labeling commission.
