Corporate culture
Corporate culture, also known as organizational culture, is the set of values, beliefs, behaviors and practices that define an organization's unique identity. It is primarily shaped by the company's history, its raison d'être, its strategic vision, the personalities of its founders and its recruitment policy. This culture manifests itself through the implicit and explicit norms that guide interactions between employees, decision-making processes, modes of communication and attitudes to professional challenges. It profoundly influences the way employees perceive their work, interact with each other and with external stakeholders, and helps create a sense of belonging and cohesion within the organization.
