Accordia offers a diversity-themed escape game designed and facilitated by its own consultants. The experience is immersive, the content is well-researched, and the debrief that follows is structured to reinforce the lessons learned.
How it works
Participants (4 to 8 people per session) must solve a series of challenges to “escape.” Each challenge highlights a real-world mechanism: affinity bias, gender stereotypes, the invisibility of diverse groups, and unconscious bias.
The game doesn't point the finger at anyone. It reveals the automatic behaviors that all participants have—including those who think they don't. That is its strength.
At the end of the game: a debrief led by the Accordia consultant, who draws parallels between what happened in the room and what is happening within the organization. This is where the impact really takes hold.
Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours (gameplay + debrief). Number of concurrent groups: 1 to multiple (large-scale deployment possible).
