Inclusive communication
Inclusive communication is an approach that aims to exclude no-one in the way it communicates, whether in writing, orally or visually. It seeks to represent and address all people equitably, regardless of gender, origin, age, disability or any other characteristic. This involves the use of non-discriminatory language and neutral formulations, as well as the feminization of job and function names. It also includes the use of diversified and representative visuals, the adaptation of media to make them accessible to all, and the avoidance of stereotypes and unconscious bias. The aim is to create more ethical, respectful communication aligned with the values of equality and diversity.
