Ever since his youth, Marc Bernardin has been marked by the profound inequalities engendered by social reproduction. Sensitized at an early age to the challenges of diversity, he developed an acute awareness of the obstacles that stand in the way of equal opportunity. Marc began his innovative career with the "L'Amour est à inventer" project, a screenplay competition that led to the production of films focusing on the fight against homophobia. Continuing in this vein, he founded the QuinCadres group, the first initiative in France to have a significant impact on the employment of senior executives.
Marc's commitment came to fruition when he co-founded the "À Compétence Égale" association, tackling discrimination in hiring head-on. This pioneering initiative paved the way for the creation of Accordia, a firm that is revolutionizing the way companies approach the challenges of diversity and inclusion. Since then, Accordia has continued to develop pragmatic strategies to transform inclusion policies into everyday practices within organizations.
