Update 01/10/2021: Trainee curriculum

All trainees must first refer to and comply with the internal rules (available on the Accordia website).

1) Calling the trainee :

On receipt of the signed contract, quotation or agreement, the invitation to attend is sent to the signatory organization, which invites its trainees to attend in-house training sessions. For distance learning courses, trainees receive an invitation with a connection link 10 days before the date of their session. The sponsor may be copied on these elements.

  • Accordia uses the Microsoft Teams application for its remote training sessions, unless otherwise requested by the customer and technically validated prior to the training session.
    The invitation specifies :
  • Trainee's first and last name (via email)
  • Training start and end dates, times and locations (if applicable) ;
  • How to get to the training site, and a map if necessary;
  • Contact details for the training organization ;
  • The material and equipment required for the course;
  • Provisions for the disabled.

In the case of on-site training courses, the organization itself can take charge of convening the trainees.

In the case of e-learning training, the invitation to attend takes the form of transmission of the access conditions to the Internet platform (url link, user name and password).

2) Cancellation/postponement of training :

Training courses may be cancelled or postponed without consequence up to 15 days before the date of the session. (Unless negotiated/specified before contracts are signed). Trainees must individually inform their company of any such postponement.
In the event of cancellation by the training organization, trainees or clients will be notified as soon as possible before the start of training (except in cases of justified force majeure).

3) Initial welcome of the trainee :

The initial reception is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions defined on the quotation, the agreement and the convocation.

4) Trainee attendance traceability :

Trainee attendance is tracked by means of a sign-in sheet and/or remote connection record.
For each half-day of training, each trainee and trainer and/or instructor signs the attendance sheet.
The attendance sheet mentions :

  • Title of training course or certification ;
  • Training date - start and end times ;
  • Training location ;
  • Trainee's full name and signature ;
  • Name of trainer(s)/instructor(s) and signature.

For e-learning courses, the training organization keeps the logout record for each trainee for the duration of the campaign (1 month by default, unless otherwise requested by the customer).

5) Training introduction :

The trainer introduces himself and Accordia.

  • The rules and regulations for face-to-face training on the firm's website are communicated to trainees. Trainees receive a copy in another format on request;
  • Recalls the training objectives;
  • Presents the detailed training program;
  • Ask each trainee about his or her expectations (unless there is a questionnaire beforehand)

The trainer informs the trainees that a document will be presented to them at the end of the training to enable them to give their opinion on the course. He/she draws trainees' attention to the need to justify any rating of less than 7/10 or 3/5.

6) Assessment :

The learning assessment method is adapted to different types of training:

  • For training courses leading to a diploma or qualification, the training organization sets up a summative assessment to validate or not the acquisition of skills and the achievement of objectives.
  • In other cases, the training organization defines an assessment method (MCQs, case studies, exams, continuous assessment, certification validation, etc.) to validate learning and the achievement of objectives.

These assessments are carried out at the end of the service

7) Pedagogical follow-up :

The training organization organizes the follow-up of individualized courses:
Insofar as Accordia's training courses are short (1 day), this will consist of a state of attendance by the trainee.
For longer courses:

  • Training schedule
  • Trainee's attendance record
  • Progress reports at different stages of the training program
  • Intermediate formative assessments
  • Means for trainee access to learning resources (digital, physical, etc.)

The trainee can ask the trainer or the person in charge of the training program any questions relating to the training and his or her ability to achieve the objectives.

8) End-of-training documents

In accordance with the training description, the training organization issues each trainee with an end-of-training certificate at his or her request.
The certificate specifies :

  • Name, contact details and activity registration number of the training organization, always followed by "This registration is not equivalent to State approval" (article L.6352-12 of the French Labor Code);
  • Course title ;
  • Training objective;
  • Assessment methods ;
  • Results obtained (in the case of certification, communication of results may be deferred) ;
  • Training date ;
  • Training venue ;
  • Trainee's first and last name.

The end-of-training document is given directly to trainees or via the organization, within 1 month of the end-of-training date.

9) Trainee withdrawals along the way

As Accordia's training courses are short, anyone not present at the start of the course will be considered absent. In the case of distance training, a reminder will be sent via the Teams tool.
