Our programs
Diversity Liaisons: Comprehensive training on the AFNOR framework, the legal framework, management tools, and active listening. 2 days.
Managers: raising awareness of inclusive management, identifying discrimination, and developing managerial responses to sensitive situations. 1 day.
HR Teams: Integrating non-discrimination into HR processes (recruitment, evaluation, promotion). Focus on cognitive biases. 1 day.
COPIL Label: training in managing the process, reviewing the guidelines, and preparing for the AFNOR audit. 0.5 days.
