Fella Imalhayene is a senior training consultant specializing in diversity, inclusion and pedagogical engineering.
Fella Imalhayene has 20 years' professional experience. She has held
positions of responsibility, notably as General Delegate of the Global Compact
of the United Nations France.

Training and Career Start

Fella has a degree in management science from Dauphine University, and completed a Masters
in management at ESC Bourgogne, as well as a degree in philosophy. Her
first professional experiences led her to work as General Secretary of the
Charte de la Diversité, then as Public Relations Officer at the Centre Pompidou.

Career and Professional Contributions

From 2017 to 2021, Fella was General Delegate of the United Nations Global Compact France, where
she led the network of companies committed to CSR under the UN umbrella. Prior to
she was Diversity Consultant for the JLO Group and Secretary General of the Charte de la
Charte de la Diversité. She has also collaborated with public bodies to run training courses
on the principle of secularism.
